Terms of service
The present general conditions of sale govern the whole of the relations between the company Coreconnect Sarl, company with the capital of 2.000€, whose registered office is located 9 street of Marseilles 75010 Paris, R.C.S Paris N°804054427, N° VAT FR79804054427, hereafter " Coreconnect ", and the customers of the site www.homecore.com, hereafter " Homecore ".

Prior to any transaction, the client acknowledges having read these general conditions and expressly declares that he/she accepts them when he/she clicks on the "Send order" button.
Article 1: Special conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale stated on the screen (name, price, quantity, colour, particularities of the products, cost of services) and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation.
Article 2: Validity of the order
The offer on the website www.homecore.com is aimed at individuals who have an address in metropolitan France, Europe and the rest of the world.
Article 3: Registration and confirmation of the order
Homecore confirms the receipt of an order by an email entitled "Confirmation of your order".
However, the sale will only be concluded after Homecore has confirmed the order in an email entitled "Shipment of your order", which will be sent to the client at the latest 7 working days after the order has been registered.
Homecore reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular due to the availability of the products, a problem concerning the received order, an abnormal order, a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be carried out, or a dispute concerning a previous order. In this case, Homecore will inform the client at the latest 7 working days after registration of the order, and will proceed without delay to the refund of the client.
In case of unavailability of one of the products of an order, the rest of the order is shipped.
Article 4: Prices
Homecore reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but commits itself to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated at the time of the order placement, subject to their availability at this date.
Products on sale will not be returned or exchanged.
Article 5: Payment methods and security
Payment is only made by credit card on a secure bank server.
Credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. The payment is made directly to the CIC. Homecore has no access to these details and does not store them on its servers. In case of problems, please contact us at the following address: email@example.com
Article 6: Reservation of ownership
The products remain the property of Homecore until full payment of the order.
Article 7: Delivery terms and delays
A maximum period of 7 working days after the registration of the order may be necessary to ship the order. The product ordered is sent by the postal service, by Colissimo with tracking, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
For customers living in Paris, the collection of their order at the Homecore shop is free. The shop is located at 9 rue de Marseille 75010 Paris.
Deliveries in Corsica are only made by Colissimo.
The costs of participation in the shipment of the order are offered from 150 euros of purchase for deliveries in metropolitan France and are payable for Europe and the rest of the world.
The customer has 14 days to return the package. For customers living in France, the return is free of charge, except for discounted or sold-out products. In case the customer has not received the return sticker, the customer is requested to send the invoice of his shipment by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the returned product, Homecore will refund the shipping costs to the customer's bank account.
For all refund requests, we will credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item, however, the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final amount.
In case of withdrawal, the products sold out can be the subject of a credit note or an exchange.
Article 8: Right of withdrawal
A "Request for return" which details the procedure to follow for the return of the products, is delivered with each order.
The client has a period of 14 clear days from the delivery of his order to return the delivered products to Homecore, provided that they are returned in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the "Request for return" duly completed. Under no circumstances must the items be worn.
If this 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
For all refund requests, after Homecore has received the product within 14 days, we will credit your bank account for the amount of the returned item, however, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final amount.
With the exception of discounted or sale items.
Items on sale or discounted may be subject to a credit note or exchange. In France, in case of retraction Homecore will reimburse the outbound shipping costs of the products, the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Abroad, the shipping and return costs are at the customer's expense.

Article 9: Provisions of the law "informatique et libertés
Homecore has proceeded to the declaration of the file including nominative data relating to the customers of the site www.homecore.com to the National Commission for Data Processing and Liberties (declaration N° 1235194 in accordance with the provisions of the Data Processing and Liberties Law of 6 January 1978).
In accordance with this law, the customer has the right to access, rectify or oppose the personal data collected concerning him. These rights can be exercised online in the "My account" section or by e-mail to email@example.com.
Article 10: Intellectual property
The client is not allowed to copy or download all or part of the content of the website www.homecore.com without prior and express authorisation from Homecore, which remains the sole owner of all intellectual property rights relating to it.
Article 11: Applicable law
The present general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.
