Extra-fine fiber harvested during shearing, baby alpaca is renowned for its exceptional softness, similar to cashmere, yet more durable. Sourced from Peruvian alpacas, it is spun in Italy, in the Prato region, with a second superfine wool from Argentina, by an RWS-certified spinner. This certification guarantees respect for animal welfare and responsible pasture management. The sweaters are then knitted in Portugal, at our own knitting factory.
Merino wool is famous for its incredibly soft and fine fibers. The individual fibers are much finer than those of traditional wool, giving merino wool fabrics a soft feel. It is also highly breathable and possesses natural moisture-wicking properties, effectively regulating body temperature by allowing moisture to escape while retaining warmth. This unique ability makes it versatile, suitable for both winter and summer clothing. In winter, it provides insulation to keep you warm, while in summer, it helps keep you cool and dry.
