Taxes and customs duties
European Union
Prices include all taxes for orders shipped to European Union countries.
Outside the European Union
Prices are shown exclusive of tax.
Orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, payable to the carrier upon delivery.
The customer/recipient is responsible for paying these additional fees.
Parcel refusal
If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, HOMECORE reserves the right to charge the original customs duties to recover the goods. This will be deducted from the final refund.
Fees and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They must be settled with the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for paying all government taxes, administrative fees, and customs duties charged by the carrier when using the site or making a purchase.
If the recipient refuses the parcel due to additional customs duties charged upon receipt, HOMECORE reserves the right to charge the amount of these duties originally owed by the customer in order to recover the goods.

What are the delivery times?
Once your payment is confirmed, we process your order and hand it over to the carrier within an average of 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time must be added.
This delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the delivery country.
Please note: Pre-order and/or limited-edition items generally have longer delivery times. These items are delivered within the timeframes indicated in the product description.
Can I have my order delivered somewhere other than my home?
Your personal HOMECORE account allows you to save several delivery addresses. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to your workplace.
(Please note: if you choose to have your order delivered to your workplace, you are entrusting a third party with the responsibility of receiving your order.)
Important: With DHL, parcels placed at pickup points or postal centers will be held for 7 days.
